New Patients

We welcome all new patients. Please call our reception team and we will help you to find an appointment time that works for you.

Test Results

To ensure safe and accurate interpretation of test results, it is our policy that all patients should return to discuss them with the doctor in person. We encourage all patients to be responsible for their own test results.

Please call us to make an appointment to review them with the doctor and discuss the next steps in your plan. The doctor will explain them to you, answer any questions you may have and print them for you if you wish. Even normal results can require some discussion to ensure advice has been given and safe follow up is in place.

Please note that reception staff are not legally allowed to deliver test results over the phone as they are not medically qualified.

Contacting Your Doctor

It is often difficult for doctors to take calls as they are generally in the middle of a consultation with a patient. For safety and legal reasons, it is not recommended for them to give advice over the phone and you should therefore make an appointment to discuss medical issues with the doctor in the clinic.

We are aware that some issues may be urgent. If this is the case, please explain the nature of the urgency to the receptionist to ensure it is dealt with appropriately.

Emails are not an approved safe method of discussion when it comes to providing medical care. Please do not communicate with your doctor about medical matters via email as your message will probably not be seen.

Please read our Privacy Policy by clicking on the link at the bottom or our website.

Home Visits
